I have been invited to participate in an academic experts and practitioners’ workshop on Global Governance Reform Initiative: Oceans Governance, hosted by The Hague Institute for Global Justice in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and the Observer Research Foundation (New Delhi). Its primary goal is to analyse the deficiencies of the current ocean governance system and propose policies for improving global governance of the oceans.
