The rewarding experiences of my time, both in study and social activities, as a student at Lancaster University (1997 - 2001) have stayed with me and played a part in my decision to apply to work in the Management School's International and Alumni Office in 2006. A love of Lancaster and the area kept me in the city after I graduated, and before coming to LUMS I followed my language skills, working in international customer services for a locally-based company. Two and a half years assisting with a range of LUMS' international and alumni activities gave me a good base of understanding on which to develop the role of Alumni Officer for the School.
Co-ordinator of alumni relations. Maintaining and strengthening connections between LUMS and our alumni, through a range of communications, events and services. Improving the visibility of the Alumni Community and developing networks and engagement opportunities to benefit alumni, students, LUMS and Lancaster University. Further details about LUMS' alumni activities can be found on the Alumni web pages.
