Research overview

My research interests lie at the interface between entrepreneurship and leadership, and are informed by critical approaches. Current empirical work investigates leadership processes within the context of growth-oriented SMEs, and the influences underlying these processes. Thematic areas of interest include the structuring of relations, forms of asymmetries these may generate, and the production of consent.
