"Listening TV: a different perspective about watching TV" is a digital TV application that enables people with visual impairment to access the broadcasted multimedia content on Digital TV with audio description support. This Digital TV app allows the viewer to activate audio descriptions of scenes, characters, or scenarios on the TV at any time.
