Abstract

As emerging technologies continue to shape our world, service designers must navigate the complexities and debates that arise by revising their methods and embracing a mindset of lifelong learning. This article proposes a practical roadmap for developing an AI-powered assistant that can help service designers create more customised solutions, minimise uncertainty, and view data as a catalyst for creativity rather than an obstacle. Augmented intelligence fosters human-machine collaboration and yields positive outcomes that are not achievable independently. However, it is crucial to be prepared before undergoing a paradigm shift.
