Abstract

A completely new type of sound wave may exist in liquid helium-four above its superfluid transition temperature, Tlambda according to a calculation by O. C. Mattis and L. F. Landovitz of Yeshiva University, New York (Phys. Rev. Lett., 30, 1196; 1973).
