Over a number of years, WMNet, the regional broadband consortium for the West Midlands local authorities, commissioned a series of evaluations that looked at aspects of their varied work. These evaluation reports were made public on the WMNet web-site, and included reviews of e-strategy, e-implementation, uses of web-sites and online resources to support invovlement in climate change activities, and reviews of aspects of learning targeted by specific digital technologies.
