The purpose of this research is to improve our knowledge on of key account management of international organizations. Key accounts are customers of strategic importance. This research involves an international collaboration with Professor Stephan Henneberg (Queen Mary University of London, UK) and Professor Alexander Leischnig (Technische Universität Freiberg, Germany).
