Participated in the inaugural All-Ireland Family Business Research Network (AIFBR) Workshop, hosted by Ulster University Business School and DCU National Centre for Family Business. The two-day event brought together international researchers to explore theory and practice in family business studies through keynote talks, collaborative ideation workshops, and networking sessions. Highlights included insights on research impact, intergenerational values, and storytelling in family enterprises, with contributions from leading scholars including Kristel Miller, Natalia Vershinina, and Allan Discua Cruz. The workshop fostered interdisciplinary dialogue and laid the foundation for future collaboration within the AIFBR community.
