Recently, there have been many conversations between people and groups within the faculty around racial inequality and how this manifests in our research, teaching, and work environments here at Lancaster.

There is an evident need to have wider discussion about this across the faculty. Therefore, we’d like to invite people who would like to participate in this discussion and share their thoughts/ideas/experiences to an informal gathering on Teams.

The hope is to gather information, connect with others and explore ways we can make FHM a more equitable space for everyone.
