In the opening week of COP27 the RTPI is uniting the planning community to explore and celebrate the intrinsic role of the profession in tackling climate change with the launch of an innovative new digital series created in partnership with CWP.

Taking place on Tuesday 8 November at 1.45pm at the Barbican Centre in London, the launch event will showcase a screening of highlights from the digital series. Multi award-winning broadcaster and journalist Rob Smith will then chair a panel discussion and Q&A with industry thought leaders, inspired by the key themes of the series.

Featuring interviews, short films, articles and a documentary, the series explores topics from climate justice and resilience, to energy efficient housing and biodiversity, and tells the stories of organisations and professionals across the planning ecosystem who are paving the way to a sustainable, viable and vibrant future.
