Web consultancy work supporting the launch of the new data-driven HE website, www.uclan.ac.uk, set for launch in November 2020. Key activities included: Business partnering with stakeholders across the University; Organising and managing Information Architecture for entire website; Auditing and consolidating of old content; Managing the work of agency staff, including training induction; Developing user guides for staff.
