This Excel workbook contains all the input data and arithmetical manipulations we use to estimate the flow of calorific energy, protein, vitamin A, iron and zinc through the current (2013) global food system, and to estimate the flows of food energy in a number of hypothetical scenarios for 2013 and 2050.
