This dataset is the result of an online study conducted on Qualtrics. Participants were asked to complete the following standardised questionnaires: Short Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ), Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26), and Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ). Demographic information was also collected.
