Datasets to reproduce figures 2, 3 and 4 from the IEEE AWPL paper "Efficient Analysis of Highly Resonant Transmitarray Element For Sub-THz 6G Communications".

A transmitarray unit cell is simulated in the E- and W-bands using an in-house method of moments (MoM) in the spectral domain. This tool is compared with simulations based on HFSS, CST and circuit model, showing better accuracy than the circuit model and achieving substantial efficiency and accuracy compared to HFSS and CST.
