My thesis is concerned with modelling the association of social factors on the occurrence of stillbirth, comparing secondary data between Brazil and the UK. This project is part of the PhD Partnering Scheme funded by the ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council) with collaborative supervision at Federal Fluminense University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 

More generally, I am intertested in medical statistcs, particularly epidemiology and survival analysis.
