My research generally invloves the application of remote Sensing & GIS techniques in environmental monitoring, management & modelling. Current research focuses on the "Development of a Spatial Decision Support System for Pipeline Oil Spill Monitoring & Management". This involves developing and optimising techniques applied on hybrid satelite and attribute data in direct and indirect spill detection, and quantitatively measure spill impacts on the wider environment.
