I am a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at Lancaster University, and my duties include supervising DClinPsy students in their research journey and  teaching on the DClinCourse in various subjects related to my research expertise and the field of Clinical Psychology. I am also part of the Ethics Committee of the DClin course, and in this role, I inform and offer guidance on ethics processes and procedures applied to academic and research domains. 

I am also a Clinical Psychologist and CBT therapist with years of experience in the public and private sector supporting neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals of all ages using high-intensity CBT.
In my various academic roles, I have taught and supervised multiple postgraduate and doctoral students working on various projects in the field of Clinical Psychology.
My research interests focus primarily on the benefits of digital interventions to support clinical and non-clinical populations. I am particularly interested in understanding the benefits of digital health tools (e.g., apps) and neuromodulation for people presenting disorders with high relapse rates (e.g., eating disorders) as well as psychosomatic disorders (e.g., psychogenic seizures). I am an Honorary Research Associate at the Northern Care Alliance and a key researcher of the Manchester Epilepsy Research Network, a research group bringing together academics and clinicians from different disciplines to collaborate on projects focusing on understanding epilepsy and psychogenic seizures and supporting people living with these conditions.
I have expertise in a variety of research methods, including mixed-methods, quantitative methods (questionnaire/survey-based studies) and qualitative methods (e.g., interviews and focus groups).
