My current research is on the role of emotions in compassion satisfaction (positive aspect of professional quality of life) in doctors and nurses.

My other interests include the role of emotions in work-related processes (emotion regulation & emotional competence), stress and burnout in healthcare professionals and the relationship between mental health and work.
