I am a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Lancaster University Management School, Lancaster University, United Kingdom. I hold a B.Sc. degree (First Class Honours) in Business Administration from Babcock University and an M.Sc. degree in Management from the University of Lagos. Prior to joining Lancaster University Management School, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria. I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
