Research Interests

My research particularly focuses on embodiment in organisational life; aspects of architecture, spatiality and materiality in organisations; issues of difference and diversity, especially related to gender. Recent projects include the study of the use of performance enhancing drugs in relation to employment, including work for the EU Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). I am interested in all aspects of organisation theory.
