Kyriaki's research interests are in the fields of Corporate Insolvency Law and Corporate Law. Her thesis explores the impact of corporate insolvency provisions and principles of distribution on the attainment of distributional justice. It examines the distributional problem on insolvency, the role of the office holder, the priority rules and the treatment of unsecured and preferential creditors.
