My research interests are in the areas of inclusion, gender and diversity in organisations with a specific focus on innovation at the margins, as well as technology and trust. My current research focuses on inclusive innovation and its relation to productivity. I also actively write a blog on inclusive innovation and I am a member of the Innovation Caucus.

I would be particularly interested to supervise PhD students in the areas of materiality and organisations, gender and diversity, technologies in the workplace, innovation processes.

I hold a PhD in Organisation and Human Resource Management from Warwick Business School, and a Laurea Specialistica in Sociology from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
