Leonor Soares is a PhD Candidate in Accounting at Lancaster University Management School. 
Prior to joining the PhD, she attended Católica Porto Business School (Porto, Portugal), where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Finance. Her research interests lie in the areas of narrative disclosure, corporate governance and workplace gender equality. Leonor is being supervised by Professor Steven Young and Dr. Mohamed Ghaly.
