Leslie's final book, 'Developmental Epistemology: Jean Piaget's Theory of Knowledge', was almost complete at the time of his death and plans for its publication are under consideration. This examines:
- major mistranslations in the English versions of Piaget's books and papers;
- significant statements of his position in his untranslated French books and papers (circa one quarter of his total oeuvre);
- substantive differences between his epistemology, developmental psychology, and philosophical epistemology;
- insights in his account with significant implications for dominant positions in the human sciences, including education.
