I currently work in higher education as a lecturer. My previous work has been in public health and also in forensic mental health nursing. 

Healthy alcohol policy development and implementation in the workplace

My research combines two areas of interest, namely alcohol health improvement, and the workplace as a setting for promoting staff health and wellbeing.  I am particularly interested in how workplace policies that have a health focus are developed and implemented.
