I am a PhD student in the Department of Linguistics and English Language. My primary research fields are psycholinguistics and second language acquisition, focusing on the role of individual differences in second language learning. My PhD project mainly explores the relationship between music and language and its application to second language acquisition, particularly within the cross-situational statistical learning paradigm. I am also interested in the interface between syntax and prosody, as well as language processing, specifically Chinese character processing in sentence contexts.
