Research overview

I am a PhD student working in applied microeconomics. My focus is primarily on empirical labour and gender economics in developing countries like Chile, India, Bangladesh etc.  In particular, I look at how changes in different types of market conditions affect employment outcomes such as productivity, wages, demand for labour etc. I also work as a research consultant with the Oxford Committee for Famine Relief (OXFAM).
