Yvonne Fox is Associate Director of Research Services in the Research and Enterprise Services Division at Lancaster University. She has strategic leadership of teams including pre- and post-award research support and development, ethics and research integrity, research contracts, impact and REF support and research systems. Yvonne joined Lancaster University in 1996 and has worked in research administration since 1998. Since then she has grown the research office from a small team into a comprehensive support service with more than 50 staff and has gained extensive experience and expertise relevant to the UK research environment. She has been involved with four research assessment exercises and has been a REF Panel Advisor on secondment to Research England. Yvonne is vice-chair of the ROCG and chair of the UK Pure strategy group.
