Abstract

The article presents the results of testing the construct validity of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology on a sample of Russian organizations facing the implementation of the corporate Web 2.0 systems. Several conclusions are made about the specificity of factors influencing the acceptance and use of information technologies in Russian organizations. A number of recommendations are given about the development of instruments for supporting the employees’ activity in this area.
