Abstract

Rachel Beauchamp, Student Employability Officer, and Pam Pickles, Student Employability Manager, part of the Partnerships and Business Engagement Team in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University, share their approach to facilitating graduate retention and outline the challenges they face in the North West.
