Abstract

This book brings together the results of recent research on the form and function of channel networks and their role in controlling hydrological responses and the transport of sediments and pollutants. the ten chapters draw upon hydrology, hydraulics, sedimentology and geomorphology, together with new methods of data analysis and presentation arising from advances in digital terrain analysis.
