The agreement analysis revealed a high level of consensus between housing developers and academia on housingpromotion (73%), economic promotion (100%), and environmental development (100%) related benefits. This study's findings are a credible road map and prudent recommendation for housing providers to implement sustainable housing delivery to promote a balanced and sustainable environment. It will also assist the government, clients, policymakers, and practitioners in increasing the delivery and investment in sustainable housing.",
