Abstract

This practitioners’ report builds upon Lancaster University research to introduce observational learning as a valuable and insightful tool for entrepreneurs.
The ability to learn – and to do it fast - appears to be consistently ranked among as important performance related factor. Learning allows entrepreneurs to understand and deal with the current unpredictable and volatile economic climate.

This report is an opportunity to introduce observational learning as a valuable and insightful tool for entrepreneurs. It is also an opportunity to thank all entrepreneurs that over the years have collaborated in research at Lancaster University.
