N2 - Nowadays, with the increasing need of traveling and flying, the air traffic system is highly capacity constrained due to the limited availability of resources. These resources are shared among the various domain actors. In this paper, we propose an architectural perspective for resource management in the aeronautic domain, which is based on resource allocation, trading, and adaptation to reduce the congestion phenomenon in the air traffic system.
