Abstract

Reports of the death of receivership have turned out to be an exaggeration. True, the Enterprise Act 2002 has clipped the wings of this venerable institution in the context of administrative receivership, but there has always been more to receivership (an equitable concept) than administrative receivership (a clumsy statutory concept)
