Description

Leading Works in Health Law and Ethics is a collection of essays by leading and emerging scholars in the field. This collection will: (i) contribute to the aim of the Leading Works series of comparing and contrasting the different developments of various legal subjects. Contributors will explore, assess and evaluate the development of Health Law and Ethics scholarship, and consider its potential future development by focusing upon ‘leading works’ in the subject; (ii) explore the effect that leading works in Health Law and Ethics have had on the subject as a whole, and reflect on likely future implications and applications of the work on the subject; (iii) contribute to the growing body of literature which has reflected on the history of Health Law and Ethics as a subject in the UK.
