LED COMMERCIAL STRATEGIC MARKETING FOR QUANTUM BASE FROM 2016 TO SUCCESSFUL AIM LISTING IN APRIL 2025 ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

I have held the role as Marketing Director of Quantum Base Ltd since 2016, working with Co-founder and CSO, Professor Rob Young (Physics).
Across this time I have been responsible for:
1. All company marketing and development and implementation of marketing strategy for global customers, as well as brand positioning
2. Development of commercial positioning and product market fit for quantum technologies
3. Competitor analysis and core differential competitive advantage for QB
4. Investor relations and successful funding of over £1,500,000 in seed investment
5. Development of sales materials and marketing materials, and strategic development of clients, and industry press

I lead the external and internal marketing strategy for the successful commercialisation of quantum technologies for the benefit of Quantum Base and the wider University as a partially owned University Spin Out

Key findings

requirement for eco-system development of scientific expertise, commercial expertise, financial expertise and customer insights are all mutually connected to drive value for the business and create market demand in line with product solution development of nascent technologies.
