As part of the Uncanny AI project we created an updated iconography to not only identify the presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product and services but to also make its operation more legible to those using said products and services. The online workshop operate across two different online platforms, Microsoft Teams to converse and connect with the participants, and a research webpage where participants had access to the bespoke workshop tools which allow participants to evaluate the icons and suggest alternatives and improvements.
