Research overview

My research expertise is in workplace physical activity and sedentary behaviour intervention development and evaluation. I am an interdisciplinary mixed methods researcher with experience collecting and analysing objective activity data, cardio-metabolic measures, self-reported survey data, focus groups and interviews. I am currently involved in a Sit Less and Move More (SLAMM) multi-component intervention among call centre workers (2016-2019), Exertime (2018-2019) and Rise and Recharge projects which are technology based interventions among traditional office workers (2019-2020).
