My PhD research is focused on constructing interactive public displays that are able to appear, disappear and reconfigure themselves within an environment. Unlike normal displays which are bound to specific hardware, this will enable us to deliver applications which can select how they are shown and interacted with by easily assembling a user interface from the sensors and output devices are around them. I have invested interests in the fields of game development, graphics, computer vision, software engineering, embedded systems and HCI.
