Justina is a PhD student in the Department of Education at the Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in psychology, and her research interests focus on organisational change and behaviour, learning at work, and information technology (IT)–based and technology-enhanced learning.
