Profile

Rachel graduated from Lancaster University in 2012 and is currently the Student Employability Officer within the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Previously Rachel has worked as Placements Officer in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences where she managed their successful summer internship scheme and also worked to introduce the 'Yearlong Placement' across seven undergraduate departments. Prior to this Rachel was the Placements and Internships Coordinator in the Management School where she was reponsible for the entire clerical process for student placements, provided advice and support to students and liased closely with organisations to develop and promote opportunities.

Rachel is the founding member and chair of Lancaster University Women's Network and has a keen interest in equality and equity of opportunity accross campus.
