Research Interests

My research interests are broadly located at the interface of cognitive neuropsychology, psychobiology and psychopharmacology. Currently, I am researching into cognitive neuroscience, with special regard to neuroendocrine and glycaemic regulation of memory. The research aims to identify elements of cognition that are most receptive to glucose-induced enhancement. Related interests are Diabetes Mellitus and cognitive performance and the role of glucose and insulin in Senile Dementia of the Alzheimer type.
