Focus group 3 involved multiple stakeholders (10 stakeholders and 3 facilitators of the research team), including government departments, contractors, planning authorities, and environmental agencies (incl. Taylor Wimpey, construction company, LCC and CC, Water United Utilities, and a soil science expert).

This focus group highlighted a multifaceted approach to engage various stakeholders and address operational and regulatory challenges. The outcomes aim to ensure effective soil management practices that contribute to broader environmental and sustainability goals.
