We delivered accessibility training to the housing and planning teams for Lancaster city council. This training provided 30 of their key staff across various departments with greater accessibility awareness and helped them to work through accessibility focused tasks to reconsider what accessibility for Lancaster city council could be like. Following the training we developed for the housing and planning teams a bespoke accessible strategy for the short, medium, and long term.

Our alignment with this organisation is on-going with them liaising with us on their accessible changes and strategy progression.
