A refresher accessibility training session was conducted with the Grand Theatre Lancaster where accessible training was offered to new staff and volunteers and initiatives developed from the original training were assessed and discussed. Feedback on the mystery shopper initiative which was organised by the Marketplace and I team was shared with the group.
