This dataset contains the simulation data published in the article referenced in the title, to be published in PRB. The simulations concern cooling a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) by a factor of 2 and more by manipulating an adjacent gate voltage at millikelvin temperatures. The simulations were carried out during 2024.
