The data sets comprised several cardiovascular parameter such as; blood flow, oxygenation, temperature, respiration, and ECG. Fifty patients with clinically acute febrile and non-febrile malaria were enrolled in
the study, in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Fifty one healthy volunteers
with no clinical malaria were also enrolled in the study.
