Andi is currently a PhD student in Management from the Lancaster University Management School. Previously, he worked in various organisations ranging from oil & gas companies such as PETRONAS and Scomi, to consulting firms such as Accenture where he established himself as an SAP ERP Consultant. He received his Masters’ degree in Information Systems from the Australian School of Business (UNSW), submitting a dissertation on IT services outsourcing issues. His current research interest has evolved and is a combination between strategic management and operations management, particularly in the micro-level aspects of strategy. He is a member of the European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS) and the European Operations Management Association (eurOMA).
My PhD aims to contribute to the Organisational Routines literature from the practice perspective based on an longitudinal study on how sourcing processes are managed. The overarching theme of my PhD focuses on the flexibility of routines in multiple aspects (i.e. ostensive and performative).
